We would like to inform you below about the processing of your personal data in connection with your visit to our website.
Purpose of data processing and legal basis
If you contact us using the form on the website or by e-mail, your data and your inquiry will be stored for the purpose of processing the inquiry and in the event of follow-up questions. This data will be deleted by us after 6 months if it does not result in a contract and the subsequent data processing is initiated. We will not pass on this data without your consent.
2 Transmission of your data
We treat your data with the utmost care. Your data will only be transmitted to the extent necessary to maintain the electronic services (IT provider).
We would like to point out that for the purpose of simplifying the shopping process and for subsequent contract processing, the webshop operator stores the IP data of the connection owner in the form of cookies, as well as the name, address and e-mail address of the buyer. In addition, the following data is also stored by us for the purpose of processing the contract:

VAT number (for companies), if this is provided by you
The data you provide is required to fulfill the contract or to carry out pre-contractual measures. We cannot conclude the contract with you without this data. Data will not be transferred to third parties, with the exception of the transfer of credit card data to the processing bank or payment service provider for the purpose of debiting the purchase price, to the shipping company commissioned by us to deliver the goods and to our tax advisor or lawyer to fulfill our tax obligations or to collect claims or other legal representation.
After the purchase process has been canceled, the data stored by us will be deleted. If a contract is concluded, all data from the contractual relationship will be stored until the expiry of the tax retention period (7 years).
The data name, address, purchased goods and date of purchase are also stored until the expiry of the product liability period (10 years). Data processing is carried out on the basis of the legal provisions of § 96 para. 3 TKG and Art. 6 para. 1 lit a (consent) and/or lit b (necessary for contract fulfillment) of the GDPR.
